The Hey You Got This podcast is all about empowering women to live their best, healthiest, happiest lives free from self-judgment, fat-phobia, and all the unnecessary stuff that comes with toxic diet, fitness, and beauty culture. Keeping things simple, the folks at Hey You Got This proved this week just how little it takes to transform a static image into an amazing podcast video with a basic waveform.
8. The Maggie Polloton Podcast
If you’re looking for an awesome podcast that discusses gender, sexuality, and identity in a fun, unintimidating but super-informative way, The Maggie Polloton Podcast is for you! Host Maggie Polloton shares insight into handling mental health, being brave, and discovering personal identity. This week, Maggie is keeping things light by sharing funny stories including one about an unfortunate banana bread incident. Espree Devora is the host of Women In Tech, a podcast that features the inspirational stories of female founders, engineers, investors, journalists, and designers from across the tech industry. Recently, Espree sat down with Arielle Nissenblatt, founder of Earbuds Podcast Collective to discuss learning how to delegate!
